Our Kiosk Enclosure development process place strong emphasis on user centred design and working directly with you to understand your objectives and develop a Kiosk Solution that meets your engineering and digital requirements.
The design of your Kiosk is based on your specification via a comprehensive consultation. We then prototype the Kiosk with user centred design in mind, engineer it, and create the final designs for manufacture and assembly.
This development focuses on fully understanding your requirements through user centred design practices, by using gathered knowledge a range of solutions are developed for you. We create concept renderings and CAD renderings, the chosen concepts are worked into complete engineering drawings taking into consideration the target market specifications.
Once the concept has been decided upon we start constructing an, often fully functional prototype unit which is used to validate the Kiosk Design, as well as initiate safety and compliance certifications. The prototypes are produced to a professional standard that can be used to promote the service offered by the client.
The procedure focuses on enhancement of engineering documentation. Typically it would include Detailed CAD Drawings, details for production, service manuals, final testing and exploded drawings for suppliers - installation details for installer and clients if required.
Detailed 3D CAD modelling with fixed element analysis, involving stress testing in unison with the production team who tweaks the design based on production requirements. These procedures all help to create the final designs for manufacture and assembly. All products are created with servicing and maintenance in mind, and at the core, user centred design.
