SANEDI 3D Printing
We collaborated with SANEDI, a state-owned energy company, to develop three detailed Closed Carbon Capturing models. These models were meticulously designed and 3D modeled before being brought to life through 3D printing. Our team used PLA for all prints, ensuring precision and durability. Each component, from smokestacks and electricity plants to village houses, trucks, and complex compression and injection systems, was thoroughly inspected and reprinted when necessary to meet the highest standards. Given the project's complexity, we produced countless 3D prints, each carefully crafted and painted to achieve a realistic and polished appearance. The final assembly was presented on a 600mm x 600mm Perspex board, showcasing the upper structure of the model, with printed ground layers and geological data detailed on the sides. This project highlights our commitment to quality, precision, and innovation in 3D printing, offering end-to-end solutions from design to final product assembly.
